Other than former presidents, vice presidents, and some of their family members, have you ever even heard of a public servant receiving taxpayer-funded security in retirement? We hope that Elon Musk will put this expense on the chopping block when he starts cutting government waste and inefficiencies during President Trump’s second term. The American people have paid $15 million to provide protection to Tony Fauci since he retired. Yes, that Tony Fauci, the former head of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID).

Fauci retired from his government job in December 2022. He quit moments before Republicans took control of the House because he was worried that federal investigations would uncover his role in helping the Chinese create COVID-19. The whole time that congressional investigators were uncovering the facts of Fauci’s gain-of-function research, he was being provided with security services worth millions of dollars.

Between January 2023 and September 2024, the federal government spent $15 million protecting Fauci, or roughly $800,000 per month. As a government employee, Fauci was earning an annual salary of $480,654 per year. He’s believed to be receiving a pension of $355,000 per year. He has a net worth of around $11 million.

The only reason we know that Fauci is receiving such lavish protective services is because of the watchdog group Open the Books, which tracks and exposes ridiculous waste of taxpayer money. Open the Books located a memorandum of understanding (MOU) between the U.S. Marshals Service and the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS).

According to Open the Books, the $800K per month is being spent on “Salaries and benefits for deputies and administrative personnel assigned to Fauci’s protective detail; costs related to transporting Fauci, and law enforcement equipment.”

In other words, you’re paying for Tony Fauci to have a personal chauffeur and a fully staffed US Marshals protective detail. Open the Books noted that they haven’t found any example of another federal employee receiving this level of lavish protection during their employment or retirement.

Meanwhile, several public interest legal groups have made criminal referral requests to District Attorneys in nine parishes in Louisiana. They say that Fauci broke the law in Louisiana by mismanaging COVID-19 infections under hospital protocols. They also accuse Fauci of intentionally suppressing and denying life-saving treatments (Ivermectin and hydroxychloroquine) within Louisiana hospitals, nursing homes, and other facilities.

The American people still haven’t forgotten about how Fauci lied about every single aspect of the coronavirus and the unsafe and ineffective COVID “vaccines.” He told us initially that people shouldn’t wear masks to protect against the coronavirus, because they hadn’t been properly trained on how to wear masks. He then changed his story and said everyone must wear masks, and then said you should wear two masks.

Social distancing was made up out of thin air and had no science behind it. The vaccines were not safe or effective. They weren’t even “vaccines” according to a Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals decision!

Schools could have remained open for the duration of the pandemic because COVID was not dangerous to children. To this day, there has never been an instance of a healthy child under the age of 18—anywhere in the world—who has died from the coronavirus. A lot of healthy kids died after they got the vaccine, however.

The only protective services that Tony Fauci deserves to receive should be in the form of prison guards.
