New Report Says Climate Activists Are Full of Hot Air

For ages now, liberals, tree-hugging hippies, and skeptics have refused to look at the facts of the globe objectively. It’s widely known and accepted that the planet started warming naturally 300 years ago, and through industrialization in the 19th century, the CO2 levels in the atmosphere started to rise. Even the fact that the economic activity past WWII sent that rate skyrocketing is beyond contestation.

Yet that’s where the agreement ends. These “green” people proclaim that the CO2 levels are causing significant damage. They ascertain that the damage comes from fossil fuel use, and they extensively blame farm animals, particularly cows, and their methane-heavy flatulence. Yet a new scientific paper featuring a co-author from liberal haven Princeton says they are looking at this all wrong.

In the paper, they highlight the CO2 rise from vegan staple crops of corn, soybeans, and wheat since 1940 is 10%, 30%, and 40%, respectively. This kind of change is monumental and something the environmentalists say is horrible. Yet these plants thrive in the conditions, making nutrient-dense foods all without laboratory interference. If plants are providing more with less from humans, how can that be a bad thing?

Then again, the report was even titled “Nutritive Value of Plants Growing in Enhanced CO2 Concentrations.” It’s crystal clear that this kind of change is only helping the planet, we need to lean into it as it will help the Earth sustain population growth. If anything, we are at the cusp of a food surplus across the globe.

Our global food surplus could solve starvation and poverty, but environmentalists frequently deny or delay deliveries. This allows the food to go bad and leaves both farmers and the hungry going without. Creating an artificial food crisis, they blame climate change for decreased production, increased pricing, and essentially anything but their manipulation of the market. Change is natural and healthy for the planet, and we must embrace it.
