Former officials from the now-shuttered USAID and the State Department are openly organizing to sabotage President Trump, proving just how deep the anti-Trump resistance runs within the federal bureaucracy.

After the Trump administration moved to eliminate USAID, officially shutting its doors on July 1, fired bureaucrats wasted no time planning how to fight back. According to NOTUS, these officials are hosting workshops teaching “noncooperation,” encouraging small rebellious acts and even laying the groundwork for a potential national strike.

“Take it from those of us who worked in authoritarian countries: We’ve become one,” a current federal official told NOTUS, admitting their goal is to undermine Trump’s leadership from within. One official bragged that it was foolish for the administration to disband USAID, claiming, “You just released a bunch of well-trained individuals into your population.”

These activists are sharing an old CIA “Simple Sabotage” manual with sympathetic government employees, encouraging them to slow down operations by letting tools grow dull, ignoring maintenance, and intentionally being “lazy and careless” to disrupt Trump’s administration.

A new organization called DemocracyAID, run by ex-USAID staff, is spearheading this underground resistance. The group boasts over 88,000 Instagram followers and has held dozens of meetings teaching its supporters how to organize and “train” others in their communities to oppose Trump’s policies quietly.

Danielle Reiff, a former USAID diplomat and DemocracyAID founder, explained that initial steps include letter-writing campaigns and small gatherings to build confidence. “The whole point of it is to start off slow. People are just taking coffee breaks together. And that’s what we’re encouraging them to do,” added Ro Tucci, the group’s co-leader.

The federal judge’s decision earlier this year to allow Trump’s staffing purge to proceed gave USAID employees only 15 minutes to clear out their belongings, signaling the administration’s seriousness about draining the swamp. Employees were specifically warned not to bring weapons or dangerous items as they retrieved their personal items, underlining the potential volatility of these disgruntled bureaucrats.

These fired officials believe they are heroes protecting “democracy” by undermining an elected president, using terms like “fascism” and “Star Wars” comparisons to justify their plans. One conflict expert told NOTUS, “There’s only so many ways to do it,” implying these sabotage tactics will work against Trump just as they claim they worked against “authoritarians” overseas.

Conservatives should see this for what it is: a clear, organized effort by entrenched bureaucrats to sabotage the will of voters and block America First policies from within. The same bureaucrats who pushed endless wars, open borders, and woke spending are now plotting how to grind the government to a halt rather than allow Trump’s second-term agenda to succeed.

This exposure should only fuel the push to root out anti-American operatives embedded in our government, ensuring the next four years are driven by policies that serve the people, not deep state employees determined to cling to power at any cost.
