Texas Arrests Venezuelan Gang Recruiter in a Junior High School
Border Czar Kamala Harris’s massive horde of illegal aliens continues doing the jobs that Americans refuse to do. For example, Texas Department of Public Safety troopers have just arrested a violent Venezuelan illegal alien for trying to recruit junior high students into the violent Tren de Aragua (TdA) gang. You don’t see Americans doing that job, do you?
32-year-old Jorgenys Robertson Cova was arrested in Houston last week. Cova is suspected of trying to recruit sixth, seventh, and eighth graders into the gang. The children he’s accused of approaching with “job offers” are in the 11-to-14 age range. Nice guy. Seems to be fitting right in here in America.
Cova was arrested as part of Gov. Gregg Abbott’s crackdown on the violent gang. Residents in the Sharpstown neighborhood, where Jane Long Academy is located, are rattled by the arrest. One neighbor who lives near the school told Fox 26, “I think it’s bad for the neighborhood and for the community and I think the police department and authorities need to do something about it before we get to a serious situation.”
Gov. Abbott designated TdA as a foreign terrorist organization last month. He’s made all law enforcement resources available to capture and arrest TdA members in Texas. Abbott is also providing a $5,000 reward to any Texas resident who tips off police about the identity or location of known TdA members that leads to an arrest.
It’s nice to see at least one state standing up to Kamala Harris’s wide-open border policies and protecting its citizens from this invasion.
More arrests of Tren de Aragua in Texas.
Members of this gang are accused of murders in Texas and other states.
We will track down this vicious gang wherever they are, arrest them, and put them in jail. https://t.co/Svd4L7JOcV
